The first stop for us once we met up with our group was the Paris temple open house. The temple is a small temple, but it is so beautiful. They have pretty gardens with a statue of Christ in them. It is very close to the Palace of Versailles, so after touring the temple, we toured the palace. It was unbelievable how ornate everything in the palace was. It was beautiful, but also almost overwhelming.
One of the coolest things in the Palace was the stone steps that were worn down after so many years of use.
The gardens outside were also amazing, but we didn’t have as much time to tour them as the palace. The girls got a little bored with touring the palace and would run ahead and strike poses.
