Just for fun, here are some pictures of Nate and William and Ellie and Lily. They all play really well together, Nate and William especially. They have been having a play date one day a week this year as Koni and I would trade babysitting, and it has worked out really well, especially to give them a chance to be friends.

Survivor Food Challenge, Frost Version
Joe's family was in town last weekend. They are all Survivor fans, so they created a game to play while they watched the Season Finale- a food challenge. They went to the store and bought a lot of disgusting foods. There were rounds, and everyone that was playing had to try to eat a portion of the disgusting food during the round. If you ate it and it stayed down, you won that round and could go on to the next round. If you couldn't finish the food or threw it up, you were out.
We even had the kids play. They had to eat all the same foods, just a smaller portion. We started it easy with lemon juice and then butter beans.
Some of the other early ones were Libby's sausages, and baby food peas.
Then it started to get a little tricky, we had to eat a pretty large piece of uncooked, unflavored, cold tofu. This knocked out most of the kids- including Austin's girls, who both threw up...
Like father, like daughter, I guess.
I was doing okay, but then I saw the chunks of regurgitated Vienna sausages on the floor and I lost it, luckily before I had gotten too far into the chunk of tofu.

Kayti is demonstrating one of the more effective techniques to get it down.
We also had canned oysters.
Then there was the classic-liver pate...Nate wanted more.
His sentiment was not shared by all.

One of the next ones everyone had to eat was a handful of Wasabi peas. This proved more challenging than initially determined....
Keep it down, keep it down.
We also had salmon sushi.... Adam really had a hard time with that one.
By the end it was just the true Frosts...and Adam.
Near the end, everyone got to eat a large spoonful of potted meat....
That knocked most of the rest of the contestants out.

Zipline!
Joe made a zipline for our property. It's really long, over 110 feet.
The kids had a blast riding it.
Ellie's Dance Recital
Ellie had her year-end dance recital last Friday.

She danced to two songs- the first one was Chapel of Love, so they all got to wear bridal veils in their hair.
