Can it be?

...that Nate is really an obedient child?

Until a couple of weeks ago, Nate slept in his crib in the "nursery" which was supposed to be the study in our house. It was time, so we moved him up into Ellie's room. This was not originally the plan, we were going to move him into the room with Michael and move Adam into his own room. Lately, however, the boys have been getting along really well and we didn't want to separate them when they really have quality time together in their room. We also found that most nights Ellie ended up on our bedroom floor to sleep since she didn't like being alone in her room.

At the same time that we moved him, we also turned his crib into a toddler bed. We thought we would have many battles about getting him to sleep and take a nap in his bed now that he can get out of it at will. Surprise...there are no troubles. In fact, most days he stays in his room until I come get him out. He still takes a nap very well and rarely fights me to go to bed. He stays in his bed at night and generally goes right to sleep.

Yaaa! How long do you think it will take for him to notice that he is sleeping in a pink room?

Of course he minds. He is just the cutiest, sweetest guy around. Why would you even think otherwise?
