Fall Flag Football

Adam and Michael did flag football again this fall.  It really seemed like they improved a lot over the last time they played, but their team did not do so well.  They had a good time and won a few games, and that is what matters most.  Joe was the assistant coach, which the boys loved, but Joe didn't like not being able to just sit back and enjoy watching the game.

 

Adam's is old enough to start football in the fall at his junior high, but he is sure he doesn't want to.  I think it would be fun for him to play a year or to, but I'm not sure he will. 

On a side note, the field the kids played in was outfitted with astroturf this year.  It was really neat to play on, but in the sun it was so, so hot.
