Homecoming 2022

Grand Oaks had a Homecoming Parade again this year.  The Cheerleaders dressed up as if they were going camping and Ellie dressed as part of a graham cracker for a s'more.  

The game was good, and our team won.  The dance was on Saturday night. Ellie got a big group of friends to dress up with her.  Instead of going to the dance, they got dressed up, took pictures, went to a nice dinner in Galveston and then rented a beach house to stay in.  Joe and I and a couple of other parents were chaperones.  The girls: Ellie, Jaysen, Taylor, Chloe, Cassidy, Allie, Georgia, Olivia, Chloe and Faith.

All the kids in their group: Collin, Faith, Logan, Cassidy, Max, Chloe, Sam, Georgia, Caleb, Taylor, Marc, Ellie, Jonas, Allie, Maddox, Chloe, Colton, Jaysen and Jalen

The house they rented had a big playroom downstairs with lots of bunkbeds, couches and foosball.  The kids spent a lot of time hanging down there.

They also went out to the beach and played football and capture the flag in the dark.  They also tried to catch some of the crabs running around.

Overall, they all seemed to have a great time!
