Clell and Lana and their family were able to come out and visit us for Labor Day weekend. The first day they were here Clell and Lucas went fishing with Joe and Nate on Lake Conroe. They were really worried because before they went to bed there was a very large chance of rain, but when they woke up in the morning, the rain chances had gone to very low, and they did have a good time fishing. Ellie and Juliana went and hung out and went shopping at the mall. That evening we went and saw Top Gun at the movies.
The next day, Adam and Michael came down from College Station and we went to a waterpark. It was such a small waterpark that at first we were the only ones there. After a little while, there were more people that showed up, but for the most part, the park was pretty empty. They had a pond at the water park that was filled with inflatables. You could run around on all of the inflatables kind of like a big obstacle course. There was one particular floaty that we used to play king of the mountain on. Everyone really enjoyed that. We had a good time visiting with Clell's family. It's crazy though, their kids are so much younger than ours and its hard to remember how much more work it takes to keep younger kids happy.
