Nate had a busy freshman year. He was in percussion, after marching season, then came concert season. He got to play at a couple of concerts and at a competition. He decided at the end of the year that he had other things that he wanted to do than continue in percussion.
He also was involved in robotics. His team had lots of competitions both with First Lego robotics and with other robotic groups. Nate struggled with the lack of leadership that the advisor gave them and had varying levels of interest throughout the year. He ended up deciding that he didn't like the way she was running the team and so he didn't want to pursue it for the next year. He also took advanced classes and spanish 2. It was a busy year for him.
