For Thanksgiving this year, Adam and Macy were in Hawaii, Ellie could only come for the first part of the week and Michael and Sydney could only come for the last couple of days of the week. We decided since we had never been to Corpus Christi, we should spend a few days down there and see what it was like. We had Thanksgiving dinner with Ellie on Thursday, and then we went down to Corpus Christi on Friday with Nate. Michael and Sydney met us there. On Saturday, they all went out on a sea fishing boat. They caught a few fish, but not a lot. We did walk along the beach, but it was windy and not very warm.
Overall, our impression was not very high of Corpus Christi. We decided that it was probably one and done- and we didn't need to go back anytime soon.
