After his junior year of college, Michael got a summer internship at Spacex McGregor. Spacex McGregor is where they do the rocket development and testing. Michael worked specifically in an area that worked on the Falcon 9. He was allowed to give a few tours of the facilities and where he worked, but we were only allowed to take pictures in two places. We were able to see the warehouse where the Falcon 9's that had flown were being fixed or studied to make them better. That was specifically what Michael was doing. We also got to see several of the test pads where they would fire the engines to test them. It was super cool, but also super cool that Michael was able to get a job there.
