Michael broke up with his girlfriend, Anna about a month before prom. He decided, almost last minute, to ask Sophie Rapasi to go with him. He 3D printed a "rock-to-pus" and asked her. After he asked her, she said, is this for Mormon prom or real prom. Michael said, Both if you want! So they went to both.
They were on different weekends, and they went with different groups of kids for each of them. Real prom was first. Michael went with a group of 4 couples and they went to a Hibachi grill for dinner. He decided to drive his Suzuki but after he got on the freeway he realized that it wasn't driving like he thought it should and so he called us to come check it out. We got there and had him drive our van to the date (not so sexy really). On the way home we realized that the Suzuki was completely out of oil and that Michael had blown the engine.
Mormon Prom or MoPro was next. There was a very large group that got together and went. They first went down to the creek and did a massive water slide. Then everyone got ready and they had a dinner at the McLaughlin's house. Then they went to the dance. It was fun to have friends together at the dance.
