Ellie's Cheer camp

After camp was canceled her freshmen year due to Covid, it was so exciting to get to go away to cheer camp.  It was held at Texas A&M and included all of the teams and several other high schools.  The girls all got new cheer clothes to wear all of the days of camp.  The outfit for the first day of camp was my favorite.

Everyone at camp.  Every day the teams competed for the banana.  If you got the banana, it meant that you were the most spirited.  Ellie's team won the biggest banana-the one on the last day, so they got to take it home with them.

At camp, if you were one of the better cheerleaders, you got recognized as "all-american" cheerleader.  These girls were "all-American" cheerleaders for their JV team.

They did amazing at camp, and got ssuperior ratings, most of all, they just had a lot of fun!
